I’ll send through a ballpark figure and if that sounds ok, then I’ll work out a design and then an accurate costing for materials and labour.
Before proceeding with the job I require a 50% deposit to cover materials, and once paid into my account I will place the timber order. The 50% balance is to be paid on completion.
